At Precision Psychological & Educational Services, LLC we provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children (ages 6+), adolescents and adults. Our assessments are designed to identify each person’s unique strengths, challenges and needs in order to support growth, understanding and effective intervention.

We offer evaluations for a range of concerns, including learning difficulties, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, emotional and behavioral challenges and diagnostic clarification.

Using evidence-based tools and a compassionate, person-centered approach, we work closely with clients, families and schools to ensure that results are meaningful and actionable. Our goal is to empower individuals and families with clear insights and practical recommendations that promote success at home, in school and in everyday life.

Katie Shemanski Moro

Psy.D., NCSP, BCBA, Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Shemanski Moro is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families. She has an extensive background in the public school setting, where she has provided psychological assessment, behavioral consultation and intervention services to students with diverse learning and emotional needs.

Dr. Shemanski Moro earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and her Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Marywood University. She completed her Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in School Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she pursued concentrations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Neuropsychological Assessment. She also completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University.

In addition to her work in schools, Dr. Shemanski Moro has experience in private practice conducting comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments and therapy services with individuals aged 6 years and older. Her areas of expertise include autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety and behavioral challenges.

Drawing on her combined experience in psychology, behavior analysis and education, Dr. Shemanski Moro integrates evidence-based psychological and behavioral approaches to promote each individual’s strengths and well-being. She is dedicated to clear communication and collaboration with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective, practical supports that foster academic, social and emotional success.

Dr. Shemanski Moro is passionate about using data-driven assessment and intervention to help individuals reach their full potential across home, school, and community settings.

When she’s not helping clients, Dr. Shemanski Moro enjoys running and spending time with her husband and dog.
